RENTAL POLICY

Please read carefully.

If you choose to pay by check, we must receive it two weeks prior to your arrival date.  If we do not receive your check for the full payment, we will charge your credit card.  Once your credit card has been charged, there will be an additional 15% charge to you to remove the charges from your card and resubmit the payment by check.

Cancellations:  Please make cancellations at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to ensure no extra charges to you.  If not, you will be held responsible for the full amount of your reservation.  (In the event we are able to re-book the unit, you will only be held responsible for the $25.00 re-booking fee.)  We appreciate your cooperation!

Your credit card has secured your reservation and is also considered as a $400.00 damage deposit.  There will be a $50.00 per person charge if it is determined that there were more people occupying the unit than allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit you have reserved.)  We ask that you leave the condo or cabin in good, clean condition:  run the dishwasher, take the trash out and replace the furniture to its original position.  If not, it will be necessary for us to charge you a separate cleaning fee.  These charges will occur if, upon final inspection following your departure, it is determined that any of the above has occurred.  Again, we appreciate your cooperation and respect of property.

Please do not remake any of the beds.  Also, we ask that you use the towels designated for pool use if your accommodation offers a swimming pool, remembering to return them to the unit.

Due to a good number of people having allergic reactions to pets and smoke, the owners of the cabins and condos have all requested that there be NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed in any unit at any time.  Common courtesy of others coming after you and of the owners and respect for personal property is greatly appreciated.  We ask that you honor their requests.  If it is determined that there were pets or smoking in the cabin or condo, we will have to steam clean the carpets, furniture, drapes/window coverings, and wash all unused bedding in closets.  This is costly and that cost will be charged to your credit card.
