NO DOCK ACCESS.  Master bedroom has a New Craftmatic Kind bed and 2nd bedroom has Double Futon and sofa sleeper enclosed patio.  TV/VCR, cable.  Cannot have BBQ grills.  Absolutely no trailers in parking lot allowed.  Unit does not have air conditioning.
