| Remarks: | Basement level unit, walk right onto the beach from the back door. Access to POOL IN SUMMER. Furniture is in good condition. Beautiful views of Payette Lake and mountains. NO DOCK ACCESS. Master bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds for a total of 3 beds. TV/VCR, cable. Cannot have BBQ grills. Absolutely no trailers in parking lot allowed. Unit does not have air conditioning. |
