NO DOCK ACCESS.  Master bedroom has a queen bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds for a total of 3 beds.  TV/VCR, phone, cable.  Cannot have BBQ grills.  Absolutely no trailers in parking lot allowed.  Unit does not have air conditioning.
